Dr. Matt has truly been a blessing to our family. Dr Justine and Dr Matt are two of the most outstanding people we have met on my brothers journey to recovery. It is so refreshing and comforting to know that there are people like them in the medical field. They are both extremely intelligent, thorough, and professional. My brother’s road to recovery has been an up and down rollercoaster and they have been there every step of the way. Medical setbacks were no issue. They reassessed his needs each time and readjusted the therapy program accordingly. Always making progress when life threw us curveballs. They are both literal lifesavers by noticing symptoms and the onset of medical emergencies that required urgent care. Without their knowledge that luckily caught such events during the early stages it is hard to say where my brothers journey would be right now. We can’t thank them enough. Dr.Audia is wonderful! My husband and I had the opportunity to come to San Diego a few months after his stroke, and were referred to Audia Physical Therapy, as they specialized in stroke recovery. My husband received treatment for two months, and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to return home to Vermont. Dr. Audia was thorough with his assessment of my husband’s needs, prescribed a treatment plan for his deficit areas, and followed through in detail with his personalized therapy each visit. He provided notes and videos to us on follow up home exercises, to help continue my husband’s progress. Dr. Audia was always kind, gentle, friendly, supportive, understanding, and encouraging at each of our visits. We only wish we could have accessed his help longer. It was comforting to know that he, as he stated, was only a text, email, or call away if we had any questions or concerns as we left. We highly recommend Audia Physical Therapy.
