Extremely rude. Called and asked for pricing for a new set up. Speakers, radio, and car play. Instead of answering my question he decided to get rude. Was willing to spend up to $1.5k but he lost my business with just his attitude alone. All I wanted to know was what's the price on basic setup. I don't know what's so hard about answering my question about a service you provide.

I am a police officer and needed to install a siren and red and blue emergency lights on my personal vehicle. I went to a few different radio installation shops and one of them quoted me an insane price and kind of blew me off, I could tell they didn't want to mess with it. Discount Car Stereo were honest with me upfront. They advised me they have not installed these lights before but they downloaded the instructions that came with the lights and read up on it prior to me bringing it in. It only took 2 days (approximately 1.5 days) to get everything installed. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle a couple of the lights were not where I liked them, and they gladly moved them. They installed all the interior lights without drilling holes in my vehicle, which is one thing I was worried about. They did a great job for a reasonable price and completed the job quickly. They were very honest and professional. I have more lights on order and will gladly come back here to have them installed when they arrive in the mail.

I went to this place because of their good ratings expecting to spend about $2000.00 but it was a little over $3000.00 when i was done. when I got my car back there were panels loose, they broke my passenger door lock, and the car had sweety dirt marks all over the glass and outside paint, backup camera quit working, so I took it back and told them about the lock and panels, they fix the camera but nothing else. After starting to hear vibration noises I took I to a friend and paid him to see what they had done. Backup camera wire was Bair, wire through fire wall could have burnt the car up, very unorganized wiring, just an overall bad install for the money I paid!!!!!!!!!! Last 3 pic are what my buddy did. Would not take my car there again or recommend this place.....
