After having a mold test done due a leak under the kitchen sink. I contacted Augusta Mold Control and removal and set up an appointment. John was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in checking to ensure that no mold was present behind the wall under the kitchen sink. Should I have a future problem, I will contact Augusta Mold Control.
John was very responsive. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. More importantly though, he was honest and fair. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I contacted the owner to schedule appointment regarding mold found at my home he scheduled appointment for same day emergency service then he asked to text address then he texted back and canceled appointment. For a serious concern as "mold" you want to deal with a company who is professional and keeps there word.. Do you want this type of Mold provider/inspector in your home to keep your family safe from Mold.. Utilize one of the other big corporations that offer a warranty and better Customer Service. Whew! Glad he cancelled before I waist my money and put my families lives at risk. He absolutely had no idea who he was speaking with!
