My experience with this hospital was extremely disappointing. Before my consultation, I was asked to complete laboratory tests costing around PKR 30,000–40,000. However, after the tests were done, the reception staff repeatedly delayed my appointment. I was told, “today,” then “tomorrow,” then “the day after,” with no clear commitment or proper communication. Even on the day of my scheduled appointment, they failed to confirm my appointment time, causing me to waste my time, money, and effort. The reception and appointment management were highly unprofessional. If a hospital requires patients to spend a significant amount on tests, it should also ensure timely and respectful patient care. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone until they improve their reception service and appointment system. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
