Very disappointing experience. I completed the full 7-month treatment exactly as advised and followed all the dietary restrictions. I was told that my condition would improve, but my stomach burning and pain have returned. My overall health has become worse, and my anxiety has increased. I even sent a message to the doctor explaining my condition and asking whether I should continue the medicines or book another appointment, but I received no response. As a patient, I expected at least some guidance after such a long treatment. I feel ignored and unsupported. I cannot recommend this experience because follow-up communication and patient care are just as important as the treatment itself.

Pathetic services. There’s no option for negative rating. We took an appointment from the clinic. The staff gave an appointment at 11am. We were told that Doctor is at the clinic. We reached on time. We were asked to wait and the Doctor was not at the clinics. The front staff were very rude. Asked us to pay and never told when is doctor going to come. The doctor has arrived at 11:45 am. We are still waiting for our turn. The clinic should value the importance of their patients time. We understand doctors may get late. But setting a correct expectation and sharing a correct information ( what time doctor arrives ) is necessary. Patients and clinics are two way relationships. No one likes to visit the doctor for fun. So at least teach your staff members manners, time management and empathy. We are tourists and this is first time in this clinic. We also spoke to the other locals waiting for the doctor at the clinic and they also feel the same. I hope they also complain , like it did it here.
