⚠️ Extremely Disappointing Experience with Awafi Vending LLC (Brizta) ⚠️ We contracted with this company just two months ago, and it has been one of the worst vendor experiences we’ve ever had. Patients in our medical center complained about a bad smell coming from their coffee machine. Upon investigation, we discovered waste milk left inside the machine due to very poor follow-up and hygiene practices. The machine frequently takes money without dispensing anything—only releasing an empty cup. This resulted in numerous complaints from both our patients and staff. We had to personally cover refunds to patients out of our own pocket, as the machine is installed at our facility. Constant technical problems and unreliable product filling created ongoing frustration and operational issues. The company showed no real support or responsibility to resolve these issues, leaving us with a terrible impression. 👉 Overall, this was a very, very bad experience. We strongly recommend others to avoid dealing with this company if you value patient satisfaction, staff trust, and facility improvement.
