Our three-week Panchakarma treatment in Madeira was an enriching experience all around. From the organization by Ayurveda & Yoga Travel to the on-site support, everything worked perfectly. The Ashoka Ayurveda team accompanied us with great expertise, warmth, and genuine care. The therapies, medical care, and Ayurvedic cuisine were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the Hotel Alpino Atlântico. It is intentionally simple, clean, very quiet, and beautifully situated. This very simplicity created an ideal balance for us between a high-quality treatment and reasonable costs. We sincerely hope that this special character will be preserved even after the planned renovations. In our opinion, no additional luxury is needed – the quality of the treatments, the welcoming atmosphere, and the idyllic location already make this place unique. We returned home with renewed energy and many valuable experiences and can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at the Barberyn Beach Ayurveda Resort, which I will take home with me as a lasting memory. Everything went perfectly, and the Ayurveda resort exceeded my expectations; it was like paradise. With professional service, excellent food, fantastic yoga instructors, a jungle atmosphere, and two beautiful pools, the resort was an absolute dream.
