Back Bay Mechanical Heating & AirConditioningPROVerified business?

We have used Back Bay Mechanical three times for HVAC services. Whether regular maintenance or a more serious issue this company comes highly recommended. Believe me when I say we have dealt with other companies who are shady, don’t want to explain the work or the system, and just want a quick fix. Atua thoroughly explained our options, and cared about cost factors to us. He also was very respectful in our home leaving no mess and wearing booties. He gave service with a smile. Not to mention every time I call the woman who answers is so polite and very caring especially if AC goes out in the summer. I’d recommend Back Bay and their expertise and professionalism to all.

Back Bay Mechanical was able to schedule an appt when most businesses said they were too busy. More importantly, the tech that arrived was very knowledgeable. Understood our system and got the heat pump working again when another company pronounced the unit dead and wanted me to replace it and the air handler at great cost. The people were all very nice, easy to work with and- as stated- know a lot about HVAC systems. Give them a call.

Back Bay Mechanical provided an outstanding service for our mini split installation…from start to finish and at a great price point. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole project. James and his team were top notch, dedicated, meticulous, polite, thoroughly efficient and professional.
