Backyard and Home changed our sad fireplace to a beautiful piece of art! Quresh was professional, friendly and explained the process to us. Jeremy did a great job of installing fireplace insert. Everyone is very knowledgeable and it shows they love what they do! Thanks guys! We are so happy with our new fireplace makeover. Absolutely love it! ♥️
Very professional every step of the way. The entire team was a lot of help, answered all of my questions, they followed up throughout the process and made sure I was satisfied at the end of everything. Highly recommend.
Installed electric fireplace at my House and the frame gets so hot that I can’t even use it for fear it will burn my toddler. I reached out to this company multiple times with no response. They even said they would come out to fix it once but no one showed up. Hoping my child doesn’t get burnt on this fireplace that would be a huge liability for the installer i believe.
