Installed electric fireplace at my House and the frame gets so hot that I can’t even use it for fear it will burn my toddler. I reached out to this company multiple times with no response. They even said they would come out to fix it once but no one showed up. Hoping my child doesn’t get burnt on this fireplace that would be a huge liability for the installer i believe.
