The handling of quarterly rent disbursements by Badhekar builder for redevelopment clients has been highly unprofessional. Clients are repeatedly required to follow up for the transfer of their rent payments, and the amounts are consistently delayed or deferred without timely communication. Such recurring delays causes considerable inconvenience. Badhekar group has the most pathetic service in case of rent payouts to redevelopment project members.
Honest personality including staff. Caring for customer's expectations. Very reasonable attitude towards cost factor and adjustable too. Very firm about time towards project completion. Above all down to earth in nature. Wish all the best SUBHASH PHADKE, SUPARNA SOCIETY PAUD PHATA, PUNE
