They were helpful when we were figuring out which windows would work best for our home and answered our questions along the way. The whole process went pretty smoothly, and we’re happy with how everything turned out. It’s nice working with a team that makes things easy for you.
We had Bazaev Brothers replace a few of our old windows with casement windows and overall we are happy with the work. The old windows were really starting to show their age. During winter you could actually feel cold air around some of the frames, and one of the windows had become pretty annoying to open and close. We also had some condensation issues when it got really cold outside. We went with casement windows with insulated glass. I am not a window expert so I can't tell you every technical detail, but the new ones definitely feel heavier and better built than what we had before. They close very tight and the difference in outside noise was something we noticed almost immediately. The installation itself went smoothly. I was expecting a bigger mess because they had to remove the old frames, but they kept everything pretty clean. There was some dust around the window area obviously, but nothing crazy. They also spent time adjusting one of the windows because it wasn't closing exactly the way they wanted it to at first, which I appreciated instead of just leaving it. After having them installed, the biggest difference for us is around the window area when it's cold and windy. Before, you could feel the draft standing next to it. Now it's much better. Overall, good experience with Bazaev Brothers. The windows look nice, the casement style is easy to use, and the installation was done properly. Would use them again if we replace the remaining windows in the house.
