I can’t say anything about the store itself. I can say that the driver of their delivery truck with license plate number BW 59271 is a very aggressive individual that does not represent this company well while driving on the highways
Originally messaged on 22 Nov 19 and later that day I got a response for an order. Six days later I was given a quote at which I was informed of a one hundred dollar minimum, not ideal but kind of worked out for my situation. Went to proceed with the order from the same person on 28 Nov 19 and received no response. Since 28 Nov 19 until 8 Jan 20. I had sent seven emails, and left one voicemail (called around 1300 that day) Not sure why I received no response, disappointing to say the least but I took my business elsewhere. Hopefully not throwing anyone under the bus here either.
Most of the time they were pretty good. Although now the order desk staff sounds distant and disinterested. What a shame. Decent stock and they have access to a lot of different bronze products. Prices are in-line with the industry although if you had a very large order you could source it yourself cheaper.
