Took my phone there to get the charger port and back of my phone replaced, got it back and suddenly my 5g no longer works. (Since the charger port is also where the sim card tray is) I took it back and they claimed "your phone never had 5G antennas in the first place" Had to get a whole new phone, and was never offered a refund, cuz they replaced the back cover. What good is a new backplate if the phone looses its connectivity?!
I switched my service over to a different phone and replaced the screen on my iPhone 14 pro max, the replacement screen ended up being faulty, so I called the next morning, and Angel was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding. I brought the phone back in and the tech replaced the screen in 15 minutes with no issues at all. The owner was very kind and patient as well.
