Joe and his partner were very friendly, conscientious, and communicated well. I changed four rooms from carpet to vinyl and one room from old carpet to new carpet. Their timeline was right on. I highly recommend this company.
Worst customer service ever. Buyer Beware. I had flooring done last May, 2023. I am still waiting for it to be redone, as it was installed improperly. It is lifting and bubbly. Joe the owner will not take responsibility and has used every excuse, and stall tactic. He also ordered to much material, that I didn't approve and now can't return. My house is a mess. And I can't even have any company over. Please save yourself a nightmare and do not use this company.
