Yea I will not be playing on the site. The way you treat new customers is absurd. I have played with many of your competitors: betonline, Bovada, mybookie, bookmaker, and all of the big names. Not one time have I had to provide a bank statement or a picture of my credit card. Not once. The fact it took a day to get my withdraw processed is insane. And I had to have my first withdrawal refunded to my credit card that make no sense. Oh also, the interface and rollover just sucks. Thanks for reminding me, I’ll write another review about that. The prop builder doesn’t contribute to rollover? (Even though parlays are the casinos most profitable bet, more so than straight bets????) Make any of it make sense. Plus I’m a new player and the best offer I get is 10x rollover (which statistically favors the casino). Yea that about sums it up, I’m sure I can give more negative feedback if you’d like. This is site is a scam. I made $100 deposit and did their promo code which doesn’t explain anything about the rollover penalty hit $2,100 on a slot and now they want me to gamble $7000 because I accepted the promo to be able to pull out the money. Unless you want to waste money and not be able to pull out money you win stay the hell away from these guys. It’s insane how they justify that kind of bs. Here’s photos of their support backing the scam saying too late now we didn’t explain anything but now you’re SOL. Use Bovada instead of these guys at least you’ll actually get paid what you win. This site is a joke.
