I recently purchased a suit from your store and was disappointed with both the product and the service. The trousers had a defect, with each side a different color, and the unstitched shirt piece was uneven, with the front side larger than the back. Your staff noticed the defect but did not inform us, which felt unprofessional, and many of the suits displayed in the store were actually out of stock, which was misleading. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving product quality, staff professionalism, and display accuracy.

I recently visited Beyond East at Packages Mall in Lahore and had a pleasant shopping experience overall. The store is located on the second floor of the mall, making it easy to find among the many fashion outlets there. Beyond East offers a stylish range of clothing and accessories, with options that blend casual, trendy, and semi-formal designs suitable for different occasions. The ambiance inside the store is neat and inviting, with well-arranged racks and clear displays that make browsing enjoyable. The staff were friendly and willing to assist with sizes and suggestions, which made the shopping process smoother, especially when I needed help picking the right fit. Being inside Packages Mall itself is also a plus — the mall boasts a variety of other brands, dining spots, and entertainment options, so you can easily make a full day out of your visit. Packages Mall is known for its spacious layout, extensive car parking, and modern facilities, which add to the overall convenience of shopping at Beyond East. In short, Beyond East at Packages Mall is a good place for trendy clothing in a comfortable environment, with helpful staff and a great location inside one of Lahore’s largest shopping destinations.
