Big D's ConcreteLLCPROVerified business?

I hired Big D’s Concrete to complete concrete work at my home in early March 2026. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the work and the way my concerns were handled. After the work was completed, I became concerned that the concrete appeared to be too thin. By May, less than two months after the project was completed, hairline cracks had developed. The finished concrete also has a messy appearance and does not look like the professional work I expected after paying for the service. I contacted the contractor to express my concerns and give him an opportunity to address the problem. Instead of coming out to inspect the work or discuss a solution, he was rude and dismissive. He refused to come back and fix or address the issues, stating that the concrete was not guaranteed to crack and that cracking was out of his control. I understand that concrete can develop cracks, but I was very disappointed that significant hairline cracking appeared within approximately two months of a newly completed project, especially when I already had concerns about the apparent thickness and quality of the concrete. My biggest issue is that when I brought my concerns to the contractor, he refused to stand behind the work or even come back to look at the problem. I have photographs documenting the condition of the concrete and the cracks that developed. I am leaving this review to honestly document my experience and to help other customers make an informed decision before hiring this company.

Very disappointed. Had big d and his team come out to grind down and patch holes on the sides of my 2 car garage where the concrete goes about 8in up the wall. We had a garage flooring company redo the concrete but they promised to smooth out the wall and just covered it with a coating and flakes instead. The garage flooring company agreed to come back out once the wall was evened out which is where big d and his team comes in. They did not remove the baseboards and caused major damage to them ($300 to replace). Also, they didn’t stick to the walls like I asked, they made multiple gashes in the finished floors, some 2in deep (another $200 for the garage flooring company to fix). I was charged $1000 for them to damage more than they repaired and I still had to smooth the walls out myself. Don’t waste your money if you need concrete repaired.
