I'm very disappointed at how incredibly subpar service was from this business. I was accused of leaving a spark plug hanging out of my engine when this man had taken on the responsibility of fixing my car and had possession of it all day. He was given specific tasks to do and my vehicle came back to me with more problems. Avoid this business at all cost. There is a better option.
He was fast with the job and reasonable with the price very nice guy
My truck broke down on i45 broke my wheel bearing, rotor, brake caliper, break pads, lower control arm, knuckle. Had it towed to big John and he was able to have it all fixed in a day even with the holiday (July 4th) I was back up and running by Sunday morning. Was a huge blessing and so thankful he was able to get my truck going again in such a quick turnaround.
