I recently joined Bigohtech & in my experience so far, the company's work culture is Amazing, subordinates are ver cooperative & fun to work with. Management is quiet cordial. The company offers great opportunities if you're willing to learn. A key area of improvement for leadership consideration is the implementation of structured and consistent employee state-of-mind check-ins.
I had a great experience with the team at BigOh Tech. The work environment is professional, collaborative, and focused on delivering quality solutions. The team members are knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help. It's a place that values learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. Overall, a great company to work with and collaborate with.
I had a really great learning experience here! My manager and colleagues were really supportive and helped me whenever I got stuck. I grew professionally here a lot and learned a lot too! Highly recommended to someone looking to either kickstart their career or grow in their career
