Happy with my experience. Jacob scheduled my truss repair promptly and liaised with the structural engineer to discuss what was needed. The man who came to do the work was on time and courteous. He showed me the work when completed. There was a small delay in some of the communication (confirmation and billing) but nothing that was not resolved relatively promptly. I would definitely use again.
Horrible company. Was asked for the invoice several times and threatened to take us to collections. Still don't have an invoice to pay. And the work created was not up to satisfaction. Then they left a 1 star review on our companies page for work that wasn't provided for our company. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
I was very disappointed with my experience with Integrity BINSR. My realtor initially called them to get a quote when we were purchasing our house so that we knew how much to ask for from the sellers to make the repairs. Leading up to closing I called to make an appointment for the repairs on October 20th, doing so well in advance to ensure I could be fit in to their schedule. The day before, they texted they would show up at 8 AM. I waited for two hours before calling to inquire when the repair person would arrive. It took another 2 hours to get a call back. I was told that they double booked the repair guy and he was in the mountains with poor cell reception, but they would get ahold of him and send him over later that afternoon. The day went on and no one showed up and no one called to explain what was going on. I called them again. Jacob said the guy would come in the morning. I asked what time because I had to go to work that day. He said 6 AM. That was surprising but ok. Got up early and waited until 6:40 before anyone showed up. They guy had an attitude, like he was being put out being there so early even though he was a day and 40 minutes late. I had to leave for work, but my husband had to call out sick since he had the 20th off, but not the 21st. My husband said the repairs were done as expected. Great. In the mean time, I never received a bill or a call or an email requesting the second half of the payment. I wasn't sure what their process was for that and was just waiting. Well, my realtor just texted me, saying she had been receiving multiple texts about the additional payment and that I was 8 days late! Why they were texted her and not me, when they clearly had my phone number after the multiple calls back and forth, I cannot say. What I do know if that now I look like a jerk who doesn't pay her bills to my realtor, who I planned to use again in the future. Unlike this company, I actually do have integrity and made the additional payment immediately upon finding out how much I owed. I would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest they change their name because I did not see a display of integrity in my experience with them.
