Elevating Our Hiranandani Home: A Masterclass in Interior Design by Bizzoppo! We recently completed the interiors for our 3BHK in Hiranandani, OMR, with Bizzoppo, and we are thrilled with the results. Our journey began with a referral from a relative, leading us to visit their showrooms in OMR and Perungalathur. Seeing the full-scale displays of modular kitchens, wardrobes and Study/Dressing/Pooja units in person was incredibly helpful for visualizing designs and color combinations beyond just photos. The Design Phase: We worked with Sujitha, who was fantastic. She has an excellent command of design software and was incredibly patient as we firmed up our ideas. She did a wonderful job translating our requirements into perfect 3D renderings. Thank you, Sujitha, for making the planning phase so seamless! Execution & Craftsmanship: While the production and execution took about 5-6 weeks to begin, the quality of work made the wait worthwhile. Our carpenter, Maadasamy, is a seasoned professional who worked with great precision. He was always open to suggestions and made necessary adjustments to ensure the final output matched the design. A special mention to Jhintha Bhai and his team for the electrical work. They did an amazing job with the concealed lighting and fittings, blending them perfectly into the interior. We also want to thank Ganesh, our Site Engineer, for managing the overall operations and ensuring everything reached the desired state. My sincere thanks to Prakash Sir for his visionary leadership, Bizzoppo has set a great benchmark for premium interiors. Even though the timeline stretched a bit due to peak season, the "dream come true" feeling we had when we walked into the finished home made every bit of effort worth it. Before the review, I must say that choosing Bizzoppo was one of the best decisions I made for my home. I initially signed up with Cookscape and even paid an advance. After hearing numerous negative experiences from other customers, I decided not to proceed with my full project and instead asked them to complete just one room. What I went through during that small piece of work was enough to convince me that I had made the right decision. The delays, lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall experience were beyond frustrating. Looking back, I am genuinely relieved that I did not hand over my entire home to them. Then came Bizzoppo and the difference was night and day. Designer – Deepthi Let me start with Deepthi. Bizzoppo is truly fortunate to have someone like her. She is patient, highly skilled, sharp, and understands client requirements almost instantly. There were no unnecessary delays in design iterations, she grasped ideas quickly, and her ability to articulate and translate concepts into practical designs was exceptional. Throughout the journey, she remained approachable and professional. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. Carpenter – Ranjan A special mention and heartfelt appreciation to Ranjan. Calling him a carpenter almost feels inadequate, he is an artisan. People often assume that once the design is finalized, everything simply arrives from the factory and gets installed. The reality is very different. The curves, adjustments, leveling, alignment, finishing touches, and countless site modifications require immense skill. Ranjan executed all of this flawlessly. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to perfection are truly top-notch. I genuinely don't have enough words to praise his work. Site Engineer – Yuvraj Yuvraj was the backbone of the execution phase. Humble, attentive, proactive, and incredibly responsive. Coordination is one of the toughest jobs in any interior project, managing multiple teams, schedules, vendors, and dependencies. Yuvraj handled it all effortlessly. As my housewarming date approached and timelines became critical, he stepped up, accelerated activities, coordinated everyone efficiently, and ensured everything was delivered on time. His dedication and ownership deserve special recognition. Project Management – Priya Every successful project needs someone who keeps all the moving parts together, and for me, that person was Priya. A single message to her was enough to get things moving in the right direction. She didn't just manage the project; she ensured that every team worked together seamlessly. Holding designers, engineers, carpenters, painters, and vendors aligned while keeping the customer informed is no easy task, but she did it exceptionally well. Her professionalism and commitment gave me tremendous confidence throughout the project. Painters – Deco Team Last but certainly not least, the Deco painting team. Finishing is what ultimately defines the beauty of a home, and these guys absolutely nailed it. They paid attention to every corner, every edge, and every detail. Not a single chipped corner or unfinished section was left behind. Initially, I preferred edge banding, but they confidently recommended their finishing approach and assured me it would look better. They were right—but "better" is an understatement. The finish is incredibly smooth, rich, premium, and elegant. It has elevated the entire look and feel of the house beyond my expectations.
