My husband ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet from Black Petals, but unfortunately what was delivered did not match what was shown in the photos at all. Very disappointing experience!! We tried contacting them multiple times to request a refund and arrange a return, but received no response. This level of service is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from them.
Ordered today for international women’s day. Amazing flowers, great quality. Exactly like the picture and description. They arrived very fast and in perfect condition. Very beautiful work.
Before writing this review, I wanted to see what others have written and how they have rated their experience. What is noticeable is that the store has either been rated 1 star of 5 stars. This means there is a lot of inconsistency in their service and if you decide to go with this place, you have to make sure it is your lucky day 😀. They dont even respond to bad reviews but only to good ones. My advice dont take your chances. The order i received was nothing like what I ordered and when I asked for refund, no action was taken. Waste of time and money
