What to i say , as I saw, this is happening with every single customer as I read through all the reviews, and I am experiencing the same issue as well. In my case, I have placed an order for a package from the Snitch brand, and I have been waiting for the package for the last 6 days. I have tried numerous times to contact Snitch and Blitz customer service but never received a response, and they have been trying to make fake deliveries on a daily basis.It is now I am doubting that I might not receive my package,still I am waiting, I am asking their partners to change their DP, so that your credibility will be preserved, no more words to say. The worst worst worst service I have ever experienced,

Worst courier service experience ever with Blitz Courier. Every single day they keep saying “your parcel will be delivered today,” but nothing actually happens. No calls, no updates, and when I try contacting the delivery partner, the phone is always switched off. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional service. Would never recommend. They only have AI agent as customer support nothing else no human intervention even when order was going to be delivered in 30 minutes it has been 5 days Neither they are cancelling the order nor updating it.....if your order is coming from blitz....forget this guys you are not going to get it ever.....the worst i am genuinely pissed off. DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR REVIEW TOO THEY ARE SOO WORST.

Very bad service, I'd ordered mobile phone it reached nearest hub on 8july and they didn't deliver that order, after several calls being made to their customer support from 8 july - 12 july no one answered. Today on 17 july they called me and saying your parcel is out for dispatch. I mean shame on you guys, their management is very poor.
