I visited Bloom Health after badly rolling my ankle and finding myself unable to walk without assistance. I knew I needed medical attention and an X-ray, but the thought of spending many hours waiting in Urgent Care or A&E (especially with so many viruses going around) was something I really wanted to avoid. I’d recently seen a post on a Milton Keynes community page about this new private hospital, so I decided to look them up. I was impressed by how transparent they were with pricing on their website, and compared to other private hospitals, the costs seemed very reasonable… so thought I would give them a go. From the first phone call, the team were incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring. Everyone I met made me feel comfortable, well cared for, and genuinely looked after. I arrived at 8:30pm and was seen very quickly by the nurse, consultant, and radiographer. The whole process was efficient and seamless, and I was in and out in just over an hour. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
