I had an exceptional experience at Bloor Pain Specialists. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient, and the nurses were attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to patient care. What impressed me the most was that every healthcare professional I spoke with took the time to listen carefully to all of my symptoms and explain in detail what was happening. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with patience and respect. As someone who has been searching for answers for months with pain day and night without sleeping , I never imagined I would find such a complete and outstanding team here in Canada. I would especially like to thank Dr. Ma, who performed my procedure. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He explained every step of the procedure, made me feel comfortable and reassured, and most importantly, helped identify the source of a problem that had seemed impossible to solve for many months. I was at the clinic yesterday for steroid injections for the 2nd time. The staff and doctors are so professional and kind. They make you feel welcome and treat you so well. I am almost pain free on day 2!!! They also found my husband's shoe at the parking pay gate. It fell out when he got out of the car to be closer to pay. This is just a great example of how caring they are. They will keep the show safe until my next appointment in September! Thank you so much!

I had a transforaminal injection done here by referral from my family doctor. The whole experience from onboarding to procedure was extremely professional and kind. I do not love any procedures but the Dr's and staff here really help to make the experience more comfortable. When I had some concerns a couple weeks after, they called me back and took the time to hear my concerns and offer some explanations and advice. I would highly recommend BPS to anyone suffering from back pain issues and looking for a solution.
