My mom was diagnosed with terminal metastatic cancer on January 12, 2025 after an unexpected trip to the ER and we were suddenly put in the very daunting position of having to locate a safe and secure place where she could be discharged with a quality hospice care team, all in the course of a 24-hour period. The hospital sent out hospice referrals at 5:30pm and by 5:45pm that night I was getting peppered with calls from 5 different hospice care organizations. I was drawn to Blue Monarch right away because Connie was so affable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Before I had even met her in person, much less officially "hired" Blue Monarch, she was on the phone looking for an assisted living facility where we could discharge Mom. I was blown away by all this work she was doing to help me and my family when we hadn't even confirmed we would sign with Blue Monarch yet. The expectations were high because my mom was a former RN with extensive work in hospice. Making sure she got exceptional care was a top priority! By 9:45pm that night we had found Caring Hearts Cottage all thanks to Connie at Blue Monarch. The Blue Monarch team clearly explained the discharge process and how mom's treatment plan would be implemented from start to finish. Their entire team was detail-oriented and communicative. They helped make an extremely sad and stressful time a little less painful. They were gentle and attentive to my mom each and every day of her short, 7-day stay at Caring Hearts. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.

We are so very grateful to the entire team at Blue Monarch Hospice. They came alongside us at such a difficult time and gave us a level of support I never even knew existed. This is a top-notch team of professionals who actually deeply care about their clients. We have been abundantly blessed by their care and concern for my mom.
