Noah did a phenomenal job! He quickly assessed the issue with my water heater, immediately ordered the new parts and even found out I had a warranty on my unit, and will return within a few days to complete the job. He was very friendly and helpful and gives blue ribbon a great name.
Repaired everything that we discussed prior to the visit and more. I was kept informed. All work request were reviewed and approved. Very pleased with the outcome. One hiccup, Caleb forgot to turn the hot water back on. I would recommend their service and pricing was right. Thank you!
Madison from Blue Ribbon came out to diagnose and fix a malfunctioning air conditioner, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He communicated really well throughout the process, kept me updated on his progress, and gave me a heads-up when he was on his way so I could make sure someone was home to meet him. On top of the great communication, he quickly identified the issue and got the unit working again. Highly recommend Madison and Blue Ribbon for anyone needing AC repair.
