I have group health insurance for my employees with BMC Insurance in Frederick MD & they are always so quick to respond & easy to do business with. I specifically had a request that I sent over to Melanie & had a response within 3 minutes. This isn't the first time I've had such a quick response either. Now, I definitely don't expect that quick of a response, but I always know that my concerns will be taken care of & done so in a timely manner.
I cannot recommend Rossy at BMC enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and took the time to research why my policy quote increase after the clue report so I know what exactly cause the increase. Whenever, I have a question, Rossy was very responsive and patient. I appreciate her warmth and kindness throughout the process.
