Absolutely useless and a huge waste of money. Our consultant didn’t know a single thing about our properties and was unresponsive a majority of the time. Not only that but we literally got nothing out of the service except a hefty bill in “admin costs.” Our townhouse complex cancelled as soon as we were out of our yearly contract.

Fuyuan has been very helpful. I contacted him for fixing our key in the common area, he did a fantastic job, also followed up. Very pleased with his work.
