I started going to Body Start Bowen Therapy early this year to do a bit of a health tune up. Yasmin is a very knowledgeable therapist, and also super lovely and kind. My upper back and hip pain gets immediate relief. I can feel my body re-aligning during the session which releases a lot of tension. It's so relaxing!
I found my sessions with Yasmin were relaxing. I felt very safe and everything was explained to me very professionally. After 2 sessions my hip and lower back problems have gone away. Very happy .
I’m back another year later to say that my review from a year ago stands true! Yasmin is a god-send and she is so incredibly caring and patient. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done these last 3 years without her. I truly believe that Yasmin is one of the only reasons I have been able to stay out of hospital/surgery with my back issues. I will keep recommending her to anyone that will listen because I truly believe that Yasmin and Bowen Therapy have the ability to change lives 🥹🥹🥹
