EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS BUSINESS My experience with this business was extremely disappointing and left me feeling that I was being charged for services that were not delivered to an acceptable standard. I was charged 2x $180 for cleaning an empty cleaned small offices, yet the office was given still dirty. I also paid $500 for the original transport for 2x small offices, which was carried out using their contractors. When it came to the return transport, I was then faced with a charge of $1,000. Double!!! Even more concerning, they sent an additional invoice and then debited my card for the disputed extra charges without my consent or approval. I did not authorise those additional charges without front clarifications, and I consider this completely unacceptable. The biggest issue was not simply the money, it was the way the situation was handled. I expected a business to take responsibility, communicate clearly and deal with a customer fairly when there was a genuine dispute about the services and charges. Instead, I found the customer service extremely frustrating and felt that my concerns were not properly addressed. I believe customers should carefully confirm every charge, transport cost and service included in writing before dealing with this business. This was a very poor customer experience. Businesses can charge for their services, but customers also deserve to receive what they have paid for and to be treated fairly when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I would not use this business again and I would not recommend it to others.

I’ve had my portable tiny home for about a week now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it! The tiny home itself is beautiful, well-made and has everything I could need. I absolutely love how cosy and practical it is, and it already feels like home. The staff at Bonco Buildings & Hire have been so lovely and nice to deal with. They made the whole process so easy and were always helpful and friendly. The service has been amazing from start to finish and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’m so happy with my decision and would definitely recommend Bonco Buildings & Hire to anyone thinking about getting a portable tiny home 💗
