I’ve printed with them 4 times now. 2 experiences were good, but after what happened this time, I can honestly say I’ve never been this disappointed with a company. They made errors such as minimizing the content of the book, leaving watermarks, horrible framing on the books. (The errors did not exist on my file) The lack of care for their customers is shocking. There were multiple errors with our books, and when we called to explain what had happened, instead of listening or trying to help, they were literally talking over us. They refuse to take accountability for their mistakes and somehow find a way to blame the client instead. No proper solution, no effort to fix the situation, just rude and dismissive customer service. They also don’t even have basic tools like Canva, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. We gave them multiple chances because we’d had good experiences before, but this was the last time. Avoid these printers at all costs. There are plenty of other printing companies out there that actually care about their customers and can be trusted with your work.
