He left everything spotlessly clean after cleaning the fireplace and chimney. During the inspection, Jay found an issue, clearly explained what was wrong, and was able to repair it the same day. I especially appreciated his honesty. A few months earlier, another company had told me that I needed extensive work inside the chimney that would involve tearing into the wall and replacing components. Jay’s assessment identified the actual issue and provided a much more straightforward solution. It is refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, helpful, and focused on solving the problem rather than selling unnecessary work. From start to finish, this was a great experience. I would absolutely use Fort Worth Chimney Sweep again and highly recommend Jay and the company.
Cindy and her team are amazing people! I just moved back into my childhood home and was trying to prep for the upcoming winter storm and plan for a potential power outage. The fireplace had not been used in over 20 years. They inspected it for safety, cleaned the fireplace and chimney, and added mortar around all cracks and the fireplace bed. They also found about 15 wasps in there!!! I am going to add this service to my annual home maintenance. Thanks for getting to me during a very busy week!
