Terrible experience. Brightway Failed the DAY OF PICKUP (after I was assured all would go well). Made excuses but the best they could then offer me was 2-3x the original quote. No thank you.

Scammmers do not use this company. They will take your money and up charged you 6 times what was first quoted and then don’t even do the job

I do not believe the positive reviews for this company. Based on my experience, they do not reflect how this business actually operates. In my opinion, the numerous complaints about bait-and-switch pricing are far more believable because that is exactly what I experienced. When they were trying to get my business, buddy was extremely charismatic. He answered every call, knew me by my first name, and acted like he genuinely cared about earning my business. We talked back and forth multiple times, and everything sounded great. The company gave me a very low quote to secure my business and collect a deposit. I have a large amount of email traffic from this same representative stating that the price was firm, that it would not increase, and that I would receive my deposit back if the price did go up. The moment it was time to actually ship my vehicle, everything changed. Suddenly, he acted like he didn't know who I was. I had to prove that I had even paid my deposit, and all of the emails and promises that got me to sign up suddenly didn't seem to matter. It was obvious that nobody was on the same page, and I had absolutely no confidence that they were being honest with me. After they had my money, the price suddenly increased to several times what I was originally quoted. At that point, you're under pressure because you've already committed and finding another company at the last minute is extremely difficult. Based on my experience, this business operates like a bait-and-switch. I regret using this company and would never recommend them to anyone. If you've never taken any advice in your life, take this advice: do not go with this company.
