I booked a carpet clean on 21st for a 4 bedroom house stairs hall way and rug. I went with company because the guy I talked agreed that they will move the furniture. We had several conversations as well as I got two emails confirming everything. Everything was set for Monday April 6th at 10.30am. I got an email on the 5th confirming but the time had changed to 11.30am. I tried calling and got a voicemail. The voicemail said to send a text for faster service but I never heard back. On the 6th when none arrived at 11.30am I sent a text asking when someone was coming as well called the company. I called again at 12 and sent another text. Finally got a call at about 1 saying there was some confusion and and the guys got sent to another place but the guy I believe Frank was going to follow up and get back to me in 5 minutes.I didn’t hear back so I sent a text and called. I got a cal ll about 1.20pm that the guys had gone to another job and and were on their way and would be here in about 30 minutes. At about 2.10 one guy showed up. I asked him where his helper was as I had been promised two guys plus a big truck mounted machine. All furniture needed to be moved. He asked if he could check the place I said sure he said yes this definitely is a two person job. He phoned and was told another guy was on the way. I phoned and was told the same thing by Frank. About an hour later I got a call and said they would reduce the charge by $30.00 and only guy. I was furious as they had charged me almost $200 more to move the furniture and now I was getting only $30.00. I refused and said I wanted to speak to the owner. Frank told me he would get the CEO to call me. I read the google reviews and they all seemed 5 so I started doubting if these are true reviews. Apparently the CEO had called me never identified himself and said I didn’t have to pay but never he never told Frank at the office. Frank called me to tell they had agreed to give a $30.00 discount and when I told him I had spoken to someone who told me it was free and I didn’t have to pay please confirm he said he would and would get back to me but never did. The guy Jalaoh who cleaned the carpets did an amazing job so I felt guilty not paying anything I offered to pay $150.00 which my normal carpet cleaner charges but I didn’t get any response back. Because Jalaoh did an amazing job and it took him 5 hours I agreed to pay $200.00 and they accepted that even though initially I was told it would be free. I did say I was going to rate the company “1” but because Jalaoh did such a wonderful job I up the rating to a 2. I would not recommend this company however I definitely would recommend Jalaoh if he was working for another company or for himself. Look at other reviews the company seems to have the same issues. They do ask of credit cards at time of booking I would recommend against that. Pay only after they complete the job to your satisfaction

The professionals were amazing! Dave and Patrick did a wonderful job! They’ve accomplished the goal within the budgeted hours and the results were better than what I’ve expected. I uploaded some before and after photos. I’ll hire Brighter cleaning services again for sure!
