I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Bruggeman and his team. From day one, he listened carefully to all of my goals and concerns, and his surgical work is simply excellent. What truly sets him apart is his level of care and accessibility. He gave me his personal cell phone number and always replied promptly whenever I reached out. When I unexpectedly ended up in the hospital, he went above and beyond by coming to visit and check on me several times. He treats you less like just another patient and more like a caring, dear friend. On top of that, his office staff is incredible—warm, attentive, friendly, and always fully up to speed on your case. I felt completely supported every single step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional surgeon with an unmatched bedside manner!

I had an appointment with Heidi today and she is always so amazing. Her facial treatments are always a step above and I continually learn so much because of her education and knowledge of the skin and products. While I was in the lobby waiting for her (because I was early) to finish with her client , I had to listen to the gal at the front desk on FaceTime chatting with her friend. I have NEVER been to a doctor’s office where the first person you see was so unprofessional. The front desk gal was on FaceTime for the entire 20 minutes I was waiting and even when Heidi brought her client out to the desk. I was just shocked that this was happening. I really don’t want hear somebody’s personal call , especially at a doctor’s office. I was so relieved when I got to be behind a closed door in Heidi’s room so I didn’t have to listen to that conversation any longer. I feel bad for all Heidi’s clients that have to sit in the waiting room and listen to an employees personal call on speaker. I will continue to see Heidi and just say something if this happens again.

He checked on me frequently, answered my text messages personally (even after hours), and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Recovery was definitely challenging, with swelling, bruising, and discomfort, but he was always available to answer my questions, review photos, and reassure me that I was healing normally. When I was worried about a possible infection, he carefully went over my symptoms, reviewed my pictures, and explained what was normal versus what would require further attention. His encouragement throughout recovery made a huge difference. Whenever I felt discouraged, he reminded me to trust the process and he was absolutely right! I started seeing amazing results within the first month, and they continued to improve over time. Even after my recovery, he continued checking in to see how I was doing, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his patients. If you’re considering Lipo 360, I highly recommend Dr. Bruggeman. His skill, accessibility, and genuine commitment to his patients are exceptional, and I’m so grateful for the care I received.
