We booked a BTS through our hotel reception to take us to Ahoy for the North Sea Jazz festival. Our driver Omar arrived very promptly to pick us up and was polite and accommodating. The car was spacious and clean with more than enough space for all of us. Omar was very kind, good conversation and lots of good local knowledge. When he dropped us at the festival venue he made sure to give his card and let us know that if we needed a ride home after the festival to contact him. When we were ready to leave we called him and true to his word he responded super quick and came to collect us right where he had dropped us earlier. He made it very easy and convenient to use his service and it was well worth it for us especially traveling as a family. Will definitely use BTS next time we are in Rotterdam.

Omar was absolutely amazing - he picked me up from my work meeting, went in and got my cases from the hotel and then drove me straight to airport. He gave me water and checked my departure gate for me! I will definitely be using him again in the future !
