This building is huge and spacious but too bad it is under poor maintenance and run down. Been years that building lifts are often breakdown and always seen under maintenance mode, old notices on walls (previous building management company signage still can be seen), damaged tiles, walls and railings, litters everywhere, poor pest control, dirty & cracked walls, pipes water leaking at common area, things that they should be taken care of are not done properly. However, they are very proactive and efficient to issue fines to unit owners such as wheel clamping vehicles without 1st warning. Even government will issue 1st warning for 1st offence but this building is lawless. What you see is what you get. From my view of point, just by looking at their surroundings, this building has a very poor management skills. I hope Commissioner can step up and do something about it.

Management does not protect tenants at all, wheel clamping vehicles as and when they like without warnings and hindering businesses, pretty sure they know what they are doing together with the parking company. :) ( used to be top parking now G tech) Unsettled amount with tenant after one of the staff from WEST CONNECT MANAGEMENT named Prakash got into an accident with tenant’s STATIONARY VEHICLE in AUG 2023. Relevant authorities and driver of FAULTY BUGGY does not want to cooperate and compensate the full amount. Please think twice before wanting to start a business here in West Connect. Tenants are also given an indemnity agreement to sign stating that they will not be responsible for damages caused and theft or any losses to your vehicle within the premises. Lastly, reviews are not supposed to be made from someone that is affiliated with the business.

Logistics hub comprising at the ground floor two canteens for variety of food. Good ambience & lots of companies having their base in the building.
