Systematic fraud. purchase enough to get free shipping. Then they cancel one or two items in the order and charge you shipping. all without contacting the customer. VISA contact for fraud.

I've been shopping here for years and have always advocated their goods to family and friends. Changes to their website and quality of their items are now subpar, so I would stay away... might as well buy from Amazon where items are often reviewd by youtubers that have links to how testing is done. For years, many of their cables are labeled as lifetime warranty... and I've used it. If a cable fails, I can call or email and I get a replacement. Not anymore. And failures are very common now. The last 3 cables ive owned (unfortunately all bought at the same time otherwise I would have stopped buying from them) came apart. In one instance, the aluminum/metal housing came apart; in another, the plastic shell broke; and in yet another, the digital output for the amount of power used to charge stopped working, then the cable failed. Too many instances of this happening everytime i buy their products. The real deal breaker for me was when I tried to buy a miniPC advertised for a certain price on their digital flyer, then they changed their price online... argued for 45 minutes before they agreed to honor the price they emailed me.... in the end, they asked me to pay full price and wait for a price adjustment which I wasn't willing to do... so ive left the company and I would consider spending your money elsewhere, if I where you.

So furious with this company! I do not recommend them at all! Ordered two cartridges according to their website that would fit my printer. I get the toner cartridges and neither works! I emailed yhem and they want to send me a part yo remove a chip off my old yoner from HP! I advised them the chip is super glued in the HP toner. I requested a return/refund and haven’t heard back! Terrible customer service! Buyers beware!
