I have always been impressed by the service at BWI but they outdid themselves yesterday. My garage door was not functioning properly so I gave them a call and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. It turns out the door mechanism had come off its track and it was a 30 second fix. The best part was there was no charge! As a former customer, they covered the service visit under warranty. Can't say enough good things about them!

We have gotten our garage serviced by BWI garage for years and they never fail. Their technicians really know garage doors and are very reliable, we usually see the same ones and that is always a good sign. We had an issue where our door wouldn’t come down, the technician (Gideon) who has come in the past, immediately could tell it was an electrical issue and even tried to help me figure out where it was coming from. They are usually very responsive and in my case, came the same day and offered me the next day as well if I could not be home. Thanks to their quick service and assessment, I was able to get an electrician to fix the real issue. I would strongly recommend BWI garage for your garage door needs!
