Fantastic experience, lived there for two years with absolutely no complaints. Clark and all management are awesome, they really put a lot of care into the complex and put you first as tenants. They are quick with maintenance and are willing to help with anything. If there is an availability, take it for sure. Would gladly live there again.

Best place to rent in Iowa City. The manager is great and keeps the property very clean. Also responds to maintenance requests quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
