Excellent services provided by this company. Our carpet was about 12-13 years old. Colin helped us choose the perfect carpet and was knowledgeable, trustworthy and competent throughout the whole process. The installation was done with no issues. The carpet installers worked hard to cover 2,000 square feet in a timely manner and with care. Overall I would recommend Colin and the Juan this installers to everyone.
Carpet To Go is a great company with a lot of flooring options. Briana at the front desk was super helpful and made the whole process easy. She also speaks Spanish, which was really helpful. Great customer service!
Bill was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. I needed my flooring on a tight timeline, and he went above and beyond to make sure it arrived quickly and without any hassle. Exceptional customer service, ask for Bill!
