CASA PropertyManagementPROVerified business?

Casa Property Management has been an excellent property management company to work with. Their responsiveness to service requests is almost immediate. The communication between the tenants and owners is very clear. The financial reports are done in a very timely manner. They are familiar with the rental market here in Cedar Park and Leander and can accurately price it for quick tenant occupation. I am very happy with the tenant screening process. We have never had an issue with any tenant that has been brought to us for review. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a property management company. Thank you Casa!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Joseph on a Rental in Liberty Hill. As a Realtor for over 20 years and the Director of Property Management at a Large Property Management Firm in Texas, I was blown away by Joseph's responsiveness to all our questions! Especially the turnaround time on the Application and the transition from Applicant to Tenant! This level of Service went well above and beyond and it was MUCH appreciated and noted! Thank you for the Kindness and Grace shown to the most special client I had the honor of working with. I look forward to working together again soon!

CASA Property Management has been managing our properties for several years now. They have been a great team to work with. Mike is prompt in addressing tenant service requests and concerns. It is good to know the annual inspections are always taken care on time, and any tenant concerns are handled instantly. CASA's tenant screening has been exemplary too. They always found great tenants for the properties. They make the property management look very easy. Of course, there is a lot of professional expertise that goes in the background for things to look simple. We appreciate all the hard work Mike and team puts in. We strongly recommend CASA to anyone looking for property management services in the area.
