CASA Property Management has been the best property management company that I have ever resided with as a tenant. I've resided in my current home for the past 4 years. Mike has been my point of contact since the listing went live. When I've happen to need a maintenance request, they have been very quick to respond and communicate with me throughout the process. The home rarely even needs maintenance. This should let you know how well they maintain their properties and vet their tenants. Each vendor they used has been a professional and reputable company that would not cause the tenant or owner to worry. I've always felt safe. Communication has always been seamless and timely on both ends, with them and owner (if needed). On the other end, my family owns several properties in the north Texas area and I see the issues they encounter on a regular basis with not having a company like CASA managing their properties. All around, I am thankful to have CASA as a property management company while our current housing market has been so unstable.

It is good to know the annual inspections are always taken care on time, and any tenant concerns are handled instantly. CASA's tenant screening has been exemplary too. They always found great tenants for the properties. They make the property management look very easy. Of course, there is a lot of professional expertise that goes in the background for things to look simple. We appreciate all the hard work Mike and team puts in.
