Cash for CarsPerthPROVerified business?

I had plans with this company to collect my car, when that time came around they never showed up. I had contacted them a few times to follow up on the day, and no response. When I finally got ahold of them they weren’t apologetic, all they said was they can come the next day instead. The next day I left work early to be there for when the car was getting collected. I tried to be confirm in the morning if they will still be coming - no response. They never ended up coming. I called twice after the pickup time had passed and no response. Was very disrespectful of my time and really poor communication.

Absolute joke! Arrange time for pickup. Gave benifit of a doubt waited 45. Called them and they said can't get hold of driver. Still nothing after 2 hours

Got my car picked up and I thought it was a free tow, but then got told its either take it or leave it and that no one else will do a better deal, then got told it was 150 tow! I just realised this person is picking up another car and they are gonna charge them 150 for a tow as well even tho they would need to go to said location either way? Why would it cost that much, so I ended up losing money on what couldve made a difference this week, also was late and it kinda disrupted how the day went, I understand if its busy but dont take on more then you can do and disrupt other people
