Absolutely fantastic service! Shaiy and the team did an amazing job cleaning the windows at our rental property. From the very first interaction right through to payment, the communication was incredibly prompt, clear, and easy. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The windows look great and the attention to detail really shows. Highly recommend Shaiy and the team – we’ll definitely be using them again at our new home!
Today was my first experience of Cassidy's and I was very impressed. Shaiy was responsive from my first contact, and he and his team were friendly and careful as they moved through my home with ladders for the high windows. They did a thorough job inside and out including with the louvres. I now have sparkling glass, sills, mesh, and sliding door tracks and a clear view to my bee-haven clover meadow. They brought everything with them, including water. Thank you! Highly recommend.
I have used Shaiy from Cassidys Window Cleaning three times. I have full length windows and doors at the back of my home and when the sun hits them in the afternoon they show every tiny mark. Last time when Shaiy finished they looked great but later in the afternoon when the afternoon sun hit them there were marks which didn't show initially, not a lot but I am fairly pedantic. I sent Shaiy a text and he was back the next day to redo them. Yesterday I had my windows cleaned again, and when Shaiy came in he said to me he had worked out a different method of cleaning my windows, and I have no idea how he did it but they look magnificent. Besides taking pride and care in his work, Shaiy is very pleasant and professional. Shaiy and his window cleaners work well together, do their work with a minimum fuss, finish quickly and efficiently. and always check their work before leaving. My windows are not easy to clean, and very unforgiving when that afternoon sun hits them and Cassidys is the only window cleaning company that has managed to make them spotless, I can't recommend Cassidys Window Cleaning highly enough. I wouldn't use any other window Cleaning Company as I know they would not be able to achieve such great results. Katina Lazaris
