After a few sessions with Alejandro, I'm so glad to have someone like him guiding me through this process. Alejandro's empathy is unparalleled, making everything much easier and allowing me to feel completely comfortable sharing any issues with him. He's a true professional. I'm incredibly grateful!
I attended the crochet and mindfulness workshop today. I'm so grateful; it was incredibly valuable. I was able to enjoy the moment and learn so much, appreciating the process without focusing on the outcome. Connecting with the present moment allows us to live more fully. 100% recommended. Thank you.
Last Saturday I attended an experiential workshop on jealousy, led by psychologist Marta Vargas. It was a very interesting workshop on a theoretical level, but I especially appreciated the practical approach. Because it was a small group, there was plenty of time for conversation and the exchange of opinions, and the atmosphere was very positive and welcoming. Marta's engaging, entertaining, and approachable way of discussing this topic, which can sometimes be complicated and overwhelming, was fantastic. I left having learned a lot and with tools that will be useful in my personal life. Without a doubt, if there's a second session, I'll sign up. In my opinion, it's very important that spaces like this center offer such interesting workshops, so I left delighted and eager for more.
