Certified LuxuryAutoPROVerified business?

I have always dreaded purchasing a vehicle due to pressure from most salespeople at dealers. I am happy to say that all changed yesterday when I was online saw the car I was looking for called and spoke to owner and later that day drove home with a vehicle far better than I expected to find, Everyone at Certified Luxury Auto took the time to assist us. Excellent customer service. Thanks to Mo (owner) the paperwork required was easy to complete.. We were able to meet with Mechanic to discuss the more technical parts of the car. Very Pleasant experience. Thank-You! ! Very Satisfied Customer.

I visited this dealership after seeing their 4.4-star rating and was expecting a vehicle in great condition based on the photos online. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I tried to do a normal inspection of the vehicle—which is standard when you’re considering spending around $15,000 on a used car for your family. The salesperson seemed to have an issue with me taking the time to properly look it over, which was concerning. Their website also encourages buyers to “make an offer,” so I did exactly that. Instead of a professional discussion, the salesperson became visibly upset and took my offer personally. I explained that I had a budget and couldn’t go higher, and at that point, I was essentially told to leave and that they didn’t want to do business with me. What made the situation worse was that as I was walking out, I overheard a comment directed at their mechanics referencing my ethnicity in a negative way. That was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. If you’re looking for transparency, respect, and a fair buying process, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I am a first time buyer and Robert helped me buy an upgraded car. Process took about 3 hours in total, it was a clean experience and great customer experience. Was able to have a very good interest rate through a credit branch. Would recommend to others.
