Wouldn't trust. Having been sold a lemon from another dealer, two months prior, I didn't want to repeat the sheer hell I had gone through. The MOT and oil/filter service on the car I reserved is done AFTER you buy it not before... However as the MOT garage is next door and there's obvs going to be some relationship between them, on advice of many others, I decided to buy it (left a £200 deposit) but was advised to take it for another MOT when in my possession (for my own piece of mind) and to let the dealer know this so that the MOT is done properly. I did so with full transparency and that seemed fine. Took my receipt for the car/deposit and left. Then, two days later, I was phoned by Gary, to say he didn't "want the headache" and he would just MOT it at a place of my choosing and how "no one has ever done this before.... " I spent the next few hours looking for a local place to the garage, so it was easier for them, and which specialized in German auto cars and booked it in. When I called Gary back to let him know where to take it - he then decided he didn't wish to sell it to me and requested my bank details so that he could refund me the deposit I left. As an "AA Approved Dealer" I will be taking this matter up with them. Seriously I'm realising that that accreditation is NOT worth the paper it's written on! Highly recommended. Vincent and Gary were great to deal with, the car we purchased was presented as advertised and we had a straight forward part-exchange negotiation. As the other reviews mention two very decent and honest guys to deal with.
