Received a deluxe Indian rosewood/maple wood chessboard 21".it is very very beautiful and it's even better than what I was expecting. The finishing, the quality of wood used is really you can feel only once you practically see and touch it. Thank you chessbazasr.
Review: Chessbazaar, Punjab, India I recently purchased a set of ebony and boxwood chess pieces from Chessbazaar. The 1950’s reproduction Bobby Fischer Dubrovnik set with 4.25 inch king. I received the pieces in a timely manner, and very well packed. Many thanks. The pieces are beautiful and well made. However, I received 5 pieces that were either defective or damaged. I contacted Chessbazaar immediately and sent photos. To their credit they responded promptly. I have attached photos of the defects and damage along with this review. I emailed and spoke with a Chessbazaar representative Vishal, who was most helpful. Vishal was very professional and understanding. He kindly arranged for 5 replacement pieces which I received approximately 2 weeks later. All in all I cannot praise Vishal enough for his patience, professionalism, and kind assistance. Chessbazaar was true to its word and honoured the limited guarantee on damaged or defective pieces. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chessbazaar as a retailer of quality chess sets and professional service. Finally, I must again praise Vishal for his continued reassurance which put me at ease during the whole process. I hope the leadership of Chessbazaar realise how blessed they are to have a true gentleman (Vishal) working for them. I have bought many luxury items from Chessbazaar and I will certainly return for more. Buy from Chessbazaar with peace of mind.
One of the best chess exporter in India. My cousin lives in Massachusetts and he asked me for a birthday gift. He loves chess and then I got to know about Vikramjit that they export Chess to other countries. I contacted them and they helped me deliver a perfect gift for my cousin. And I wanted to say a special thanks to DHL who did the delivery on time. Remember that they only Export. I hope they will be active on Indian market soon.
