I cannot say enough good things about CHS Construction and the work they did on our renovation on Bitting Rd. This was an extensive, whole-house renovation of an older home, and the transformation was incredible. As someone who is very particular about design and details, it was important to me to work with a contractor who could understand my vision and help bring it to life. Bill did exactly that. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the house speak for themselves, and the finished home exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend CHS Construction to anyone considering a renovation or remodeling project. I’m incredibly proud of what we created together and would work with Bill and his team again without hesitation.

We recently had CHS complete three bathroom remodel projects and the entire experience was phenomenal. Bill and Jared were excellent partners and guided us from start to finish - including sharing unique design ideas. The communication from the team was great and we were specifically impressed by how reliable the team was. I had a wonderful experience using CHS construction group. It started during our research process when we were comparing companies to do our kitchen remodel. The transparency and communication as well as the patients and professionalism that Jared shown us separated then from the competition when the pricing and products were very comparable and competitive. At each step in the process, Jared and his team under promised and over delivered on timelines, craftsman, communication and that always gave us a sense of reassurance and confidence that the project was forward expected if not better than expected. The team inside our home was courteous and worked extremely hard each day. They were very respectful of our living area and ensured that we had a clean space at the end of each workday. They arrived on time each day and were very good at staying on task and working in tandem with each other so that each phase of the project was completed correctly and ahead of schedule. Our project timeline was slated for around six weeks, but was completed around three and a half weeks. This has been a wonderful experience for our family to see our dream kitchen comes to life. CHS Construction Group definitely made better than we could have asked for - especially when they surprised my wife with a happy birthday song on her birthday which was also the first day of construction - that just set the tone for all the good things to come.
